Government: Lessons to be learnt from tsunami warnings

The government admits there are lessons to be learnt about how the public was warned ahead of Monday's tsunami. There was public confusion about the Tsunami warnings after the 7.5 magnitude quake, particularly over who should evacuate and why sirens were not going off.
