One week on: Limited road access restored to Kaikoura

A week after the massive earthquake that cut road access to Kaikoura, limited travel will resume today.

Civilian vehicles will be allowed back on the inland route this morning however access is restricted to those living along the road and farmers wanting to bring in water or take out milk from dairy cows.
