Mt Lyford residents given access to Kaikoura Inland Rd

Mt Lyford residents have been granted conditional access to the Kaikoura Inland Road. Civil Defence Group controller Neville Reilly says travel will not be escorted by contractors so residents must take great care in light of the high risk of landslips and hazardous road conditions on the route.
