Boys' home abuse survivor says abuse have hurt country

A survivor of abuse at the Epuni Boys' Home, Keith Wiffin, says there needs to an independent inquiry into the abuse for children in state care. He says the abuse has blighted the lives of many children, and its impact is still ongoing.
