Muriwai Surf Club respond to Kaipara tragedy

Tim Jago from the Muriwai surf club says none of the bodies club members found after the Kaipara boating tragedy were wearing lifejackets. He says the charter boat skipper made a bad call by deciding to go out in terrible weather conditions.
