Yesterday Judith Collins became the third Cabinet Minister to join the race to become Prime Minister.

But she joins the race with a chequered history.

In 2014 she was stood down before the last election and she was also mentioned liberally in Nicky Hagar's book "Dirty Politics".

Mr Hager says National has never faced up to Judith Collins' connections with the Whale Oil blogger Cameron Slater, and says she would be an 'incredibly risky' choice as leader.
