The body of the slain Russian envoy Andrei Karlov is on its way back to Moscow from Turkey, a day after he was shot dead by an off duty police officer.
Mr Karlov was assasinated as he gave a speech at an art gallery in Ankara.
Turkish police have arrested seven people, including six members of the gunman's family.
The attacker appeared to be protesting at Russia's involvement in the war in Syria.
A team of eighteen Russian investigators has arrived in Turkey to establish what led to the assassination.
