Nearly 200,000 urged to flee crumbling dam in California

Almost two hundred people in Northern California are being evacuated after the emergency spillway of the U.S's tallest dam started to crumble. Marc Albert, a reporter with North State Public Radio, says there is a risk of a total catastrophic failure and there is enough water behind the dam to submerge an area the size of Connecticut.
