Opponents of a proposed seabed mining operation off Taranaki say thousands of submissions against the project are being ignored.
The Environmental Protection Agency's submissions report does not include more than 13,000 submissions made via the websites of third parties such as Greenpeace or Kiwis Against Seabed Mining.
