Young Scots embrace lowering of voting age

The Children's Commissioner's calling for a discussion on lowering the voting age to 16. Scotland's 16 and 17 year olds can vote in Scottish Parliamentary and local elections. A political commentator for Glasgow's Herald on Sunday Iain Macwhirter tells us how it worked out.
