Ageing drains blamed for Auckland flooding

The worst of the weekend flooding in Auckland is being blamed on extreme rainfall, and ageing drains that were working but simply couldn't cope. The bad news is that other parts of the city could be at a similar risk in the same conditions, and there's no easy answer.
