Tamaki housing agency should be managed locally says advocate

Community Housing advocate asks why the Tamaki Redevelopment Company is in such a hurry to sell off the arm which manages almost 3,000 tenancies, just a year after it was set up. Scott Figenshow says a trust should be set up to manage the tenancies, run by local residents.
