Government advised to rip up RMA and start again

The Productivity Commission has told the government that it should rip up the Resource Management Act and start again. The Finance Minister Steven Joyce says New Zealand political parties need to think about the Commission's arguments going into the election "You can't complain about the RMA and not be prepared to make changes."
