Road to Ruatahuna finally re-opened after more than a week

Ruatahuna residents in eastern Bay of Plenty have been completely cut off by floodwaters from Cyclone Debbie for over a week. Resident and healthcare assistant Janie Ingram describes the panic as the 300 residents of her village realised they could not get out.
