Pressure on Southern DHB to help hepatitis C sufferers

Southern District Health Board is under growing pressure to join other health boards in helping hepatitis C sufferers get access to life saving antiviral drugs through an overseas buyers club. Southern DHB chief medical officer of health Nigel Millar refutes the allegations. "The idea that our clinicians would not let patients know about available sources such as this, is just untrue."
