St John's threats to end single crewing works out

Dr Jonathan Coleman has announced almost 60 million dollars will be made available over the next four years to ensure all ambulances have two staff by 2021. But wile some are welcoming the annoucement, the level of training of the new staff and funding levels in general, are being questioned by others.
