Students go hungry to afford tertiary study

A new survey of Unitec students has found that Tertiary students are "regularly going without food or other necessities" because they can't afford them. The National President of the New Zealand University Students Association, Jonathan Gee, says he was surprised by the findings of the Unitec report and it shows how conditions are getting worse.
