Can Malcolm Rewa get a fair trial?

A former criminal lawyer who's represented Malcolm Rewa, Barry Hart, says there has been massive publicity around the case and "there is no way he can get a fair trial." The Solicitor-General has agreed to apply to the High Court to have Pora re-tried over the killing of Auckland woman, Susan Burdett, in 1992.
