NZQA missed red flags - tertiary institution body

A private tertiary institution group says there were lots of red flags the Qualifications Authority missed in letting disgraced Linguis International Institute operate as long as it did. Quality Tertiary Institutions Neil Miller says he now has more faith in the NZQA "If this happened now I hope it would be dealt with far more quickly."
