Man who took human remains from harbour being investigated

An amateur historian who's admitted taking human remains from the Kaipara Harbour in a bid to prove his theory white settlers arrived in the country long before Maori is being investigated. Mr Hilliam's admission has caught the attention of Heritage New Zealand.
