Science technicians, not science grads, needed for future

Too many scientists and not enough science technicians. The Royal Society's on a new push to encourage people to consider becoming a technician rather than spending years working towards being a scientist. Its expert panel says the practical skills employers are looking for in technicians are now seriously lacking.
