PM criticised for not being forceful enough with Rex Tillerson

America's top diplomat, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson was in NZ for five hours yesterday to talk about terrorism and regional security. Prime Minister Bill English discussed a number of issues with the diplomat, but refused to talk about Donald Trump's leadership style... and for that he's been criticised.
