NZ and Cook Islands reaffirm unique relationship

The Prime Minister Bill English has told Cook Islands leaders that their 60,000 citizens who call New Zealand home make the country a different place and a better place. Cook Islands was the first stop on Mr English's Pacific tour, which will take him to Niue and Tonga as well. Our reporter Koroi Hawkins reports from the Cook Islands.
