Government signals some social service can hold on to identifiable data

Following pressure from social service providers, and the Privacy Commissioner, the government has rolled back its plans to make all the community organisations it funds handover identifiable personal data by this year. Now there are indications the final plans might exempt those dealing with sexual violence, however it's likely they would have to share anonymised details.
