Foreign trust numbers plummet after introduction of new rules

The number of foreign trusts registered in New Zealand has plummeted since the introduction of tougher rules at the beginning of the month. Law Professor Michael Littlewood from the University of Auckland, thinks the number has changed so significantly because the trusts that have left weren't legitimate.
