Is there a future for United Future without Peter Dunne? The party's deputy leader Judy Turner tells us they're not giving up hope.
She also revealed she was not aware beforehand that Mr Dunne would announce he'd quit on Tuesday.
"I didn't find out about Peter's resignation until yesterday afternoon, I was in the middle of a work commitment that took me through until about five o'clock."
She says Mr Dunne had spoken to the party president, and there had been signs he'd "taken the foot off the accelerator" in terms of campaigning recently.
