National's urban planning idea 'lacks detail' - property council

As National looks for ways to boost supply in the housing market, its promising to allow cities to bypass the Resource Management Act in order to build more houses faster. But the Property Council has criticised the plan for its lack of detail. Others say it will do little to address the actual problems holding back development.
