WOF tester gave police informant's name to gang

A High Court judge says a staff member at Vehicle Testing New Zealand handed over the name and address of a police informant to a patched gang member. Justice Palmer mentioned the incident as he sentenced six men for their part in the fatal kidnapping of 50-year-old Jindarat Prutsiriporn.
