Austria's 31yo Sebastian Kurz to be new leader

European leaders have been quick to congratulate Sebastian Kurz on his victory in the Austrian election at the weekend. The 31-year-old People's Party conservative leader looks set to become the world's youngest national leader as he looks to seek an alliance with the anti-immigration Freedom Party. But it's still unclear whether that party or the Social Democrats will finish second. George Jahn is the Vienna bureau chief for The Associated Press and joins us with the details.
