'Absolute honour and privilege' - new PM Jacinda Ardern

Jacinda Ardern is New Zealand's new Prime Minister. She is the youngest Prime Minister in 160 years, she's New Zealand's third female Prime Minister and she joins the growing ranks of young leaders around the world. Yesterday Winston Peters announced New Zealand First would go into coalition with the Labour Party. The Greens will support Labour on confidence and supply. Neither Jacinda Ardern nor Bill English knew which party Mr Peters was going to choose until he made his announcement last night. Mr Peters said it was deep concern about how New Zealanders are faring which drove his party's decision.
