The Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says the offer from New Zealand to take refugees from Manus Island or Nauru remains on the table, despite Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull rejecting it during their first meeting yesterday. The situation on Manus Island, officially closed as a detention centre by Australia last week, was one of several discussed between Ms Ardern and Mr Turnbull during her flying visit to Sydney Ms Ardern joins Guyon Espiner to talk about the ongoing issue.
