Parliamentary prayer set for makeover

Since the very first Parliament in 1854, MPs have begun proceedings with a daily prayer. But to everything there is a season - and with a new government comes a new approach; the Speaker - Labour's Trevor Mallard - has a new karakia. The English translation begins "Almighty God" - but drops references to the Queen and to Jesus Christ.
