Lower Hutt school's cool, calm, yoga students

A primary school in Lower Hutt is bending over backwards to keep their students cool, calm and collected. Avalon Intermediate has been trialling a yoga programme since the beginning of the year. It's proved so successful in keeping children - and their teachers - calm and focused, that the Hutt City Council has funded in-class yoga lessons for 10 more schools in the region.
