Winston Peters hails end of Mugabe's reign

Here in New Zealand Foreign Affairs Minister Winston Peters has welcomed the resignation of Mr Mugabe. He said New Zealand supports the efforts of the Zimbabwean people to uphold democracy, end oppression and return to prosperity. Mr Peters joins us to discuss.
