Great War exhibition's budget blowout leaves ministry in debt

A budget blow-out involving Sir Peter Jackson's Great War Exhibition has left one of the country's smallest ministry millions of dollars in debt. The Ministry for Culture and Heritage was supposed to record a $150,000 surplus this year, instead it's facing a $7.5 million dollar shortfall. The funding hole appears in the Ministry's annual report and RNZ reporter Catherine Hutton has been having a look at the figures.
