Iraq declares Islamic State war over

Iraq has declared a final and complete victory over Islamic State. Three years ago the militant group took control of about a third of Iraq's territory, but the country's Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi says troops have now driven out the last remnants of the group. Iraq correspondent Fazel Hawramy has been following the story and joins us.
