A New Zealander one of 18 injured in Melbourne

From Morning Report, 8:10 am on 22 December 2017

A New Zealander is one of 18 people who were injured by a vehicle ploughing into pedestrians in Melbourne. Eighteen people were injured, four critically, after a man drove the car at 100 kilometres an hour into Christmas shoppers outside Melbourne's Flinders Street Railway Station. Police say it was a deliberate act but do not suspect a terrorism link. The ABC's Jonathan Hair is in Melbourne, he joins us with the latest details.
