Weinstein non-disclosure agreements voided

The Weinstein Company has officially filed for bankruptcy. The legal move yesterday comes months after one of its co-founders, Harvey Weinstein was accused of multiple sexual assaults. He was fired as chairman of the Weinstein Company last October when the allegations were first reported. Mr Weinstein has been accused of rape, sexual assault and harassment, but has "unequivocally denied" any allegations of non-consensual relationships. The company also announced that it was nullifying all the non-disclosure agreements that silenced employees from speaking out against Weinstein. LA correspondent Frances Read talks to Susie Ferguson.
