Iwi warned Treaty settlements not an immediate fix

Māori are being warned that treaty settlements will not solve their problems straight away. Of the $2.2 billion in settlements between the Crown and iwi, more than half have been under $20 million. As our economics correspondent, Patrick O'Meara reports, that doesn't necessarily go very far in creating jobs and lifting people out of poverty.
