Peters' North Korea trade comments 'in jest' - Parker

The Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and the Foreign Minister Winston Peters have been talking up the possibility of a Commonwealth trade agreement. The pair have just had a succesful week in Europe which included the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting with 53 nations. Trade expert David Henig told us the chances of a Commonwealth deal going ahead were not good. Trade Minister David Parker joins Guyon Espiner to discuss this, as well as Winston Peters' comments about trade with North Korea.
