Submarine murder: Inventor Peter Madson gets life in prison

Danish inventor Peter Madsen has been sentenced to life in prison. Madsen was convicted of murdering and mutilating the body of freelance journalist Kim Wall (Vahl) after she boarded his home-made submarine to write a story about him. Kim Wall boarded the submarine with Madsen in August last year, but a day later the inventor was rescued from the sinking vessel while his passenger was nowhere to be found - Madsen claiming she disembarked near Copenhagen.
