NZ banks don't need inquiry - Ombudsman

From Morning Report, 7:44 am on 3 May 2018

Banking Ombudsman Nicola Sladden discusses the number of bank customers' complaints in New Zealand. She says she's pleased the Bankers Association has agreed for the Ombudsman to take a closer look. She says she has not seen anything in New Zealand banks like the systemic abuse that has come from the Australian Royal Inquiry. She does say that the Banking Ombudsman is funded by New Zealand's banks and governed independently.
