'He lost his dignity' - 93yo banned from BNZ

The Bank of New Zealand is being accused of elder abuse after trespassing a 93-year-old customer who is legally deaf and suffers from dementia. The action was taken two weeks ago when Cheng Kung got in to an argument with the manager at Christchurch's Upper Riccarton branch who says Mr Kung hit him with an umbrella.
