Immigrant sex workers in NZ at risk - criminologist

Immigration authorities say finding foreigners working illegally in the sex industry is almost impossible because they have to catch them in the act. But New Zealand prostitutes, who have been able to work legally since 2003, say illlegal sex workers are vulnerable to being ripped off, bullied and forced to work. A criminologist at Victoria University, Lynzi Armstrong, has interviewed immigrant sex workers and told our reporter Gill Bonnett they were finding it hard to report exploitation.
