The Climate Change Minister, James Shaw, says the government won't change the way forestry is used to off-set carbon dioxide and greenhouse gases, despite advice to so. The Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment, Simon Upton, says too much faith is being put in tree planting and businesses would be better off investing in new technology. Mr Shaw is in our Wellington studio and speaks to Guyon Espiner.
