Scotland cry's"hands off our haggis"to England

Food Historian, Catherine Brown says she can find references to the mixture of oatmeal, liver, heart, and lungs wrapped in a sheep's stomach as early as 1615 south of Hadrians Wall, nearly two hundred years before Scottish cookbooks even mention haggis.
