NZ has 10th cheapest mobile phone call prices in OECD

New Zealand has the tenth cheapest mobile phone call prices in the OECD according to the latest figures This is balanced against us having the fifth most expensive fixed subscription rates in the developed world. These charges make up 95% of the running costs for non-prepaid mobile phones. There are 30 members in the OECD.
