Disaster planning meeting gets real for NZ volcanologist

A trip to Paris for a disaster planning meeting has turned into a real life saga for New Zealand volcanologist Dr David Johnston. Dr Johnston, of Massey University, found himself stranded in the French capital after ash from an Icelandic volcano grounded air travel across Europe.
