Three die in Athens riots

Unrest in Greece has escalated with three deaths overnight. Protestors in the streets have been involved in running battles with police. The three people died trying to escape a fire bombing of a bank in the central business district of Athens. A general strike over austerity measures is currently underway centred on massive cuts to the pay of public sector workers.
