Hauraki Council says cycleway doomed without more cash

The Hauraki District Council says the planned Hauraki Plains Cycle Trail is doomed unless the government comes up with more money. The 108-kilometre trail is one of the seven quick-start trail projects unveiled by the Prime Minister last year.
